We personally package all our pieces to ensure safe delivery.
Parcels* are sent via ELTA (Hellenic Post).
We use A Class Registered Post which provides a Tracking Number and reports the shipping status of your order during the delivery process. However, we are not responsible for tracking disorders due to technical difficulties in the international Post Offices.
Delivery
We aim to deliver our pieces by the estimated time of delivery.Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details. All orders are ready to ship within 1 to 5 business days.The estimated time of delivery is 5 to 10 business days for Greece, 5-15 business days for Europe, 10 to 30 business days for USA and the rest world. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to international customs.We are not responsible for delivery delays due to unexpected events such as war, pandemic periods, extreme weather conditions, e.t.c..
